Sizewell Hall operates with a Staff Team that manage the day-to day- running of the hall and a Board of Directors who set the strategic vision of the conference centre
Matt Shaddick
Centre ManagerMatt will be stepping down from his role as Centre Manager here at Sizewell Hall in September, you can read his update here to find out about this new chapter. Matt is married to Kez and they have a new-born son called Asa. He became a Christian at Sizewell Hall as a teenager.
Jason Shaw
Hospitality SupervisorJason has spent the majority of his career in the hospitality industry working as a chef. His focus is on preparing the Hall to welcome guests and helping ensure the conference centre meet’s guest’s expectations when they arrive. Jason is married to Anja and they have three children.
Sara is our Office Administrator and will often be the first point of contact for churches and groups when they book the hall or campsite. She manages the bookings admin, invoicing and keeps the gift shop we have here at Sizewell Hall well stocked.

Adam Golding
Chair of the BoardAdam is married to Andrea and they have two grown up daughters. He heads up Operations for a large engineering company in Suffolk. He has been coming to Sizewell since the age of 2, visiting multiple times a year at house parties and camps growing up and also meeting his now wife, 32 years ago. They attend Bradfield & Rougham Baptist.
Andrea Golding
TrusteeAndrea is married to Adam with two grown up daughters. She works in paediatric Speech and Language therapy for the NHS. On her first ever stay at Sizewell hall in 1994 she started dating Adam and they have been together ever since and will be celebrating their 30th Wedding anniversary in 2026
Tim Barker
TreasurerTim is married to Frances, and they have four grown-up daughters. He recently retired from BT having worked in their advanced networks area. Tim is our Treasurer a role he also performs for Kesgrave Baptist Church, where they attend.
Graham Jack
TrusteeGraham is the son of Victor and Meg Jack who started Sizewell Hall and so has a long-standing connection with the work here. He works for Bridge Community Church as the Westley Congregation & Community Pastor.
Rebecca Pulford
TrusteeRebecca is married to John and they have two grown up son’s. They bring a group from Colchester Baptist Church to the hall each spring. She is also the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Information Officer at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. (EPUT)
Martin Cullum
TrusteeMartin is married to Heather and they have two grown up children. They have been coming to Sizewell Hall for many years, particularly with Battisford Free Church. Martin is a builder and helps advise the staff team on maintenance and larger building projects.
Will Elphick
TrusteeWill is married to Jenny and they live in Wickham Skeith and attend Forge Community Church. They spent many years in Liberia with SIM running a school, hospital, radio station and wider campus. Now retired he is able to lend that experience to Sizewell Hall.
Tom Boswell
TrusteeTom has helped lead groups at the Hall and campsite over many years. He is part of the leadership team at SKC Church in Saxmundham, and works for a global telecoms company. Tom is married to Lou, daughter of former managers Paul and Carol Golding, and they have two grown-up children.
David Wilding
TrusteeDavid is married to Ruth and they live in Crowfield and have been a part of Mickfield Evangelical Church since 1997, regularly attending the Hall with them. They have three children and four grand-children. Since retiring from BT in 2014, he started a small electrical business to put those skills to use.
Matt Levett
TrusteeMatt has been attending Sizewell Hall and helping leading the Summer Madness camp for many years. He is now the Minister at Long Buckby Baptist Church near Northampton having previously been involved in youth work all across East Anglia.
